After trying on a few options, this is what I came up with; a black leather pencil skirt – very tight, with elegant knee length and high waistline. The high waist is very trendy this year, in anything from skirts to pants. I previously wrote about it here
This cut goes very well with a cropped, boxy top which highlights the leather’s tough elegance. The combination of the two created a look very suitable both for evening and for daytime (I arrived to the venue at noon and left late at night).
The unique Red Valentino shoes stole the show, though – equipped with shoelaces, they’re comfortable despite the high heel. A bag similar to the previous day, only open so the pink lining is visible, a high ponytail and dark sunglasses – and I’m ready to go
Wearing this look, I met my final winner, interviewed Gideon Oberzon and Moty Raif and attended the glamorous event that summarized Fashion Week’s festivities. This is also what I wore when sitting at the bus stop, waiting for a cab I ordered, since I could no longer stand for a single second! It was a tiring, unforgettable, amazing experience for sure, and hopefully, there are more to come
And to sum things up, here are my four looks for Israeli Fashion Week
